Protest against overruling of citizenship law

Demonstrations were held across the country on Saturday afternoon to defend the right to citizenship of all Greece-born children of immigrants. In Athens, the United Movement Against Racism and the Fascist Threat (Keerfa) staged a rally on Omonoia Square and a march to the parliament to protest against the government's decision to overrule a law that granted citizenship to second-generation immigrants.
