Man wanted in Acharnes shootout detained

A man wanted for the alleged murder of a 53-year-old Albanian and for injuring another two foreign nationals in Acharnes, northwest Athens, last year was arrested in Athens on Wednesday. According to police reports the suspect was detained on Wednesday along with an accomplice following two robberies in the areas of Melissia and Vrilissia, in the northern suburbs, earlier in the day.
