Racially motivated attacks are becoming more and more frequent but remain widely underreported, Human Rights Watch (HRW) wrote this week. The international NGO interviewed 79 migrants, asylum seekers and legal foreign residents in Greece, 59 of whom had experienced an attack (51 of them serious) or escaped an attempted attack.
