The security of citizens is a prerequisite for democracy, the New Democracy leader said on Tuesday, launching his party's new 12-point plan on tackling illegal immigration and crime. "There can be no freedom in the city if it cannot protect its citizens from fear," Antonis Samara said. "Without security fear reigns.
