IMMIGRANTS AS WORKERS OR AS HUMAN BEINGS?

Conference organized by the Mediterranean Migration Observatory in order to enable a fruitful dialogue between immigrant communities, policy-makers/bureaucrats, and academics. First session (in Greek) titled "Official Positions and Policy"; second session (in English), titled "Issues of Legality, Employment and Migrants' Rights". With the participation of representaives from the Greek Ombudsman Office, the Ministry of Labour, the Greek National Commission of Human Rights, Ergon-Kek, as well as several immigrant associations and NGOs. Starts at 5pm.
