Migrant policy goes Dutch

Europe's ministers of justice and home affairs met in Brussels and agreed that immigration policy has reached the "next phase" of European integration. According to the Dutch government, which took over the six-month rotating presidency of the European Union this month, the "joint control of migration flows and the content of a common asylum policy are becoming increasingly important issues".
