Migrants deported

Eighty-four undocumented migrants were deported on Monday to their countries of origin. Eighty were Pakistani nationals, one was a Serb and three were from Turkey. All had been held in detention by the aliens department of the police. The Pakistanis left from Athens International Airport on a charter flight to cities of Islamabad and Lahore, while the Serb and the Turkish nationals were deported on buses. The cost of the deportations were covered by the European Return Fund.
